Pricing
Medivis has one plan. There are no tiers, and no feature is held back for a larger customer.
- Setup: RM2,499 one-off, covering onboarding and WhatsApp Business Platform provisioning
- Subscription: RM299 per branch per month, billed twelve months in advance
So a single-branch business pays RM2,499 plus RM3,588 in its first year. Invoices are issued by Medivis and settled by bank transfer — no card is stored. A rate agreed at the point of sale stays with the business and is not moved by a later change to the standard price. Full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
Support Hours
- Support: by email, Monday — Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time / MYT)
- Emails received outside business hours are answered on the next business day
- Scheduled maintenance runs on Sunday mornings (MYT), with advance notice
